12. Vendor Platform Data Practices

This section applies to users of workflows.subscribe.dev (Subscribe Dev Vendor).

12.1 Information We Collect from Vendors

Vendor Account Information:

Profile information (name, profile picture, bio); payment information (Stripe account connection, payout details); and tax information as required by law.

Workflow Data:

Workflow configurations, nodes, and logic; workflow metadata (titles, descriptions, categories, pricing); thumbnails, preview videos, and showcase examples; and publishing status and version history.

Usage Analytics:

Workflow execution counts and frequency; user ratings and reviews of your workflows; revenue and transaction history; and aggregated user interaction data.

12.2 How We Use Vendor Data

We use vendor data to: operate and maintain the vendor platform; process payments and payouts; display your workflows in the marketplace; provide analytics about workflow performance; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, etc.); and improve platform features and user experience.

12.3 Information Sharing for Vendors

Public Information:

The following information is publicly visible on the marketplace: vendor profile name and picture (if provided); published workflow details (name, description, pricing, categories); workflow thumbnails and showcase examples; aggregate statistics (execution counts, ratings); and user reviews and ratings.

Third-Party Payment Processors:

We share necessary information with Stripe to: process payments to you; verify your identity and payment eligibility; comply with financial regulations; and handle tax reporting (e.g., 1099 forms in applicable jurisdictions).

Not Shared:

We do not share: individual user identities who execute your workflows; specific user inputs to your workflows (unless required by law); your private/unpublished workflow configurations; or your exact earnings with other users.

12.4 Vendor Data Retention

We retain vendor data: for active accounts, for the duration of your account plus applicable legal retention periods; for deleted accounts, anonymized analytics may be retained while personal information is deleted within 90 days unless required for legal/financial obligations; financial records as required by tax laws and regulations (typically 7 years); and published content may remain accessible if re-shared by users or required for platform integrity.

12.5 Vendor Rights

As a vendor, you have the right to: access your personal data and workflow information; request correction of inaccurate information; delete your account (subject to financial record retention requirements); export your workflow data; opt out of certain marketing communications; and request information about data processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us at chris@volter.ai.

12.6 Open Source vs. Closed Source Workflows

Open Source Workflows:

If you mark a workflow as "Open Source": other users can view your workflow logic and nodes; users can duplicate your workflow for their own use; and your workflow structure may be used for platform examples or documentation.

Closed Source Workflows:

If you mark a workflow as "Closed Source": workflow logic remains private to you; only execution results are shared with users; and we may still access workflow data for platform operation and support.

12.7 Execution Data and User Inputs

User Inputs:

When users execute your workflows: user inputs are processed to generate outputs; we may log inputs for debugging, security, and abuse prevention; you do not receive identifiable user input data; and inputs may be retained in execution history visible to the executing user.

Generated Outputs:

Outputs are owned by the user who executed the workflow; outputs may be displayed publicly if users choose to share them; and we may analyze outputs for content moderation and safety.

12.8 Children's Privacy

The Vendor Platform is not intended for users under 18. Vendors must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to publish workflows and receive payments.
